1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ListOut restaurant point of sale software, customer QR ordering modules, or management dashboards hosted under listout.co.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Restaurant Account & Access Controls
Subscribers are responsible for safeguarding staff credentials, PIN codes, and manager authorizations. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your billing terminals or account credentials.
3. Software License & Scope
ListOut grants subscribers a non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription license to use the cloud platform for everyday restaurant operations, order management, kitchen dispatch, and sales reporting across agreed-upon outlet and terminal limits.
4. Tax & Pricing Compliance
Restaurant operators are solely responsible for ensuring that all tax configurations (such as GST rates, service charges, and cess), menu pricing, and food allergen labeling entered into the system comply with local food safety and taxation laws.
5. Service Availability & Offline Mode
While ListOut aims for high availability and incorporates offline billing caching for temporary internet drops, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
